Returns

This is an English translation provided for convenience only. The legally binding version is the Lithuanian one; if the versions differ, the Lithuanian text prevails.

On NORE, goods are sold and returns are accepted by the sellers. The same terms of sale apply to every seller.

14-day returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  1. Write to the seller by email within 14 days of receiving the item. The seller's contacts are in the order confirmation and on the shop's "Seller, delivery & returns" page. You may use the model withdrawal form, but a plain email is enough.
  2. The seller tells you the return address.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of your email. You pay for the return postage. Pack the item so it arrives undamaged and keep the tracking number.
  4. Your money comes back within 14 days of your email, including the original standard delivery charge, by the same payment method you used. The seller may wait until the item arrives or you show proof of sending it.

You may examine the item as you would in a shop. If you used it beyond that, the seller may reduce the refund.

When returns do not apply

The 14-day right does not apply to:

  • items made to your specifications or personalised;
  • perishable goods;
  • hygiene items unsealed after delivery.

Such items are marked on the product and at checkout. Handmade items not made to your specifications can be returned.

If the item is faulty

The seller is responsible for the item's quality.

  • Write to the seller, describe the fault and attach photos. The seller answers within 14 days.
  • You may choose repair or replacement, or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund.
  • The seller pays all costs, including postage.
